Cost-Effective Case Management where Efficiency and Critical-Thinking are Cooperatives

DDN.Org is an emerging national organization aimed at nurses helping nurses in need with supportive care. Services include assistance in: Meeting concrete needs; acquiring affordable housing; case management; health education using the holistic nursing model of mind, body and spirit, advocacy; access to healthy meals food programs; continuing education for nurses; and more programs with a view toward meeting the needs of nurses and their children with emphasis on clients with disabilities.
